After celebrating the game’s 6th anniversary last Fall, Mini Motorways gets another free update today called Tabletop Traffic.

This update adds South Africa’s finest mountain-hemmed coastline to the Award-winning traffic management game.

Players get to guide commuters through a brand-new map filled with gorgeous tunnels and bridges, offering a peaceful journey through the panoramic landscapes of South Africa’s Cape Town.

See for yourself what Cape Town has to offer, from the rugged peaks of Lion’s Head and Table Mountain to the southern Atlantic.

Whether you like to puzzle through the Daily and Weekly Challenges, take your time and explore the coast, or make all the decisions, Mini Motorways offers many ways to play, to suit any mood.

Explore Cape Town and all preexisting maps in four full game modes: Classic, Endless, Expert, and the recently added Creative Mode

It is quite impressive that even after over 6 years, Mini Motorways continues to be supported through regular, sizable free content updates.
In fact, the Tabletop Traffic Update is only the beginning. Dinosaur Polo Club has a roadmap (excuse the pun) of updates planned for Mini Motorways throughout 2026.:

  • June: A new map and additions to Creative Mode
September: a BIG community surprise ahead, stay tuned!
December: Yet another new map to close out 2026!

“We’re excited to bring another year of updates to Mini Motorways!” said Aditia Hasib, Community Operations Manager, Dinosaur Polo Club. “Fun fact: One of our team members coincidentally had their honeymoon in Cape Town while we were working on this update! The team has worked hard to capture the beauty of Cape Town’s coastlines and mountains – we can’t wait to see what you think!”

Starting today, the free Tabletop Traffic update is now available in Mini Motorways across all current platforms, including Apple ArcadeNintendo Switch, and PC and Mac via Steam.
