French developer Eurocenter has just served up the next installment of their Ace Tennis series, this time it includes a version for the iPad as well. Ace Tennis 2010 is a multiplayer, “console quality” sports title, which Eurocenter claims is the most realistic tennis title to date. Arriving first for the iPad, the iPhone/iPod Touch version should be available in the upcoming weeks.

From the screen shots and video we’ve seen, the game features some stunning 3D visuals. Controls are accomplished via a combination of touchscreen and accelerometer. Players can select from three different court types (grass, clay or hard) to play on, and the game allows for all manner of shots including Long Ball, Short Ball, Lob and Smash.

Best of all, Ace Tennis 2010 features a multiplayer mode, in which you can challenge your friends or strangers online, and includes an online ranking and scoring system as well. Check out the screenshots and video below, we should have a full review of the iPad version of this title for you soon. The HD iPad version of the game sells for $4.99, iPhone pricing is still forthcoming.
