Digidiced certainly has a lot to celebrate.
This small German development studio burst onto the digital board game scene two years ago with an excellent digital adaptation of Le Havre: The Inland Port, quickly following this up just a few short months later with their utterly fantastic port of Patchwork; Quickly establishing themselves as the defacto studio to bring Uwe Rosenberg’s games to digital platforms.
Building on their stellar asymmetric game engine, Digidiced has continued to develop some of the best digital board game experiences on the App Store. Last year they brought us Agricola: All Creatures Big & Small, another 2-player (you guessed it) Uwe Rosenberg classic and perhaps one of their most ambitious titles to date (and their first non-Roseenberg), Terra Mystica.
Digidiced is hands-down one of my favorite digital board game developers, everything they release is so polished and if you do run into an issue, they are super responsive and fix any small issues very quickly. I squee a little every time I hear they are working on a new title.
I can’t wait to see what other digital board gaming experiences Digidiced brings us in the coming years.
If you haven’t tried any of their games yet, Patchwork is a great place to start.
These sale prices are good for the duration of the SPIEL in Essen (through October 29th).
