Right now you can grab some great deals on a number of wonderfully crafted iOS games from Wisconsin-based indie the Kieffer Bros..
Responsible for a number of critically acclaimed iOS puzzle games like Aqueduct and Blockwick, the studio’s catalog of apps spans across multiple genres and each has a certain polish and feel that make it immediately recognizable as Kieffer Bros. game.
If you want some cranium challenging fun, Kieffer Bros. has plenty of games that will engage your gray matter. Organize trapped blocks in Blockwick, attempt to untangle pipes in the vast reaches of space in Aqueduct, or test your logical reasoning with Enso•Dot.
Fans of match-3 style games will want to take a look at Orba – Color Smasher which puts your match-making prowess to the test as you attempt to build the longest chains possible until the screen fills up with orbs. If you prefer your games with a little less zen and a little more zip, Monster Soup (on of my favorite KB games) is a really fun endurance game for players of all ages that requires quick thinking and even faster fingers.
Finally we have Kieffer Bros. latest game Spell Rift. Available in separate iPhone and iPad releases, Spell Rift is a ‘word-finding adventure’, packed with achievements, hidden levels and a varied set of level-based objectives that keep the game interesting. A great single-player word-gaming experience that can be had for as much as $3 off during this sale.
Kieffer Bros. does have lite versions of many of their apps, so if my recommendation and 99¢ is still too much of a gamble, then check out these lite versions for yourself for free first. The sale runs through the end of the month.
