Meeple Corp just announced that (in partnership with Blue Orange Games and designer Bruno Cathala) they will be bringing the 2017 Spiel des Jahres-winning tile-placement game, Kingdomino to mobile devices on June 26th 2025.
According to Meeple Corp, this digital adaptation faithfully recreates the award-winning tabletop experience that has captivated players worldwide.
For anyone who may not be familiar with the game, in Kingdomino, players build their kingdoms one domino at a time, by drafting and strategically placing terrain tiles to create matching landscapes of forests, lakes, fields, wheat fields, mountains, and swamps.
Kingdomino is both quick and accessible yet still offering strategic gameplay centered on collecting crowns and building large consecutive terrain areas to maximize your score.
Every year at PAX East I play in the organized Kingdomino tabletop tournament and it is always a great mix of players both young and old, casual and very competitive and everyone always has a great time.
