Attention all iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, 3rd and 4th-generation iPod Touch owners, iOS 5 is NOW available for download!
It is a free upgrade for all of the devices mentioned above. To update to iOS 5, make sure that you’ve ugraded iTunes to v 10.5, then simply plug your compatible iOS device into your computer (good luck PC owners, this is always a crap shoot as to whether iTunes will actually recognize your device), launch iTunes, and follow the update prompts.
