If you haven’t purchased this game yet, shame on you. We picked up Lion Pride back when it first hit the App Store in August and continue play it regularly. As anyone who has played it will tell you, Lion Pride is terribly addictive and loads of fun, you really find yourself getting into the mind of your lion.

In Lion Pride, you control one or more lions as they stalk and ambush their unsuspecting prey. Zebras, warthogs, gazelles, Cape buffalo and even Elephants…no animal is safe from your carnivorous cravings. Draw paths slowly to sneak up on the target and then speed up the line to pounce and provide dinner for your cubs.

What we really like about Lion Pride is that it is not just a simple path drawing game, there is a definite strategy involved which keeps the game interesting. If you don’t win a copy in this contest we highly recommend that you spend the $0.99 to pick up a copy.

In Card Drop, it’s a race against the timer as cards drop from the top of the screen in four columns. As they fall, you must move cards from your hand (at the bottom of the screen) to stack them on the appropriate falling card before it disappears, sinking out of sight at the bottom. Placed cards must have a value of either one higher or one lower than the top card on the falling stack. Build the stacks as high as possible before they disappear off the screen to rack up monster combo points and increase your score.

As the game progresses, the difficulty will continue to increase, challenging players’ speed and mental acuity. There are a variety of achievements to strive for as well as a global leaderboard to see how you stack up against players from around the globe. Just the type of thing to keep you coming back for more. B.I.T.S Pinball was recently featured in “New and Noteworthy” and “Hot New Games” and currently sells for just $0.99 on the App Store. It features some really unique and fun gameplay elements that we have not seen on other pinball simulators available on the platform. In fact players are challenged to keep track of up to 20 balls simultaneously. The latest release features significant physics tweaks to make the game even more fun and enjoyable.

Here are some of the features:

B.I.T.S mode

The main feature of the table is B.I.T.S mode. There are 5 B.I.T.S levels (all on the same table). Each level is subsequently worth more points and you receive bonuses for destroying all the B.I.T.S on a level.

Ball Cloner

Once the ball cloner is enabled you have 60 seconds to clone your ball as many times as you can.

Power Ups

There are 3 hologram phases. After activating the hologram you can get the power-up by passing the ball through the hologram.

Multi-ball Mayhem

If you complete all 5 B.I.T.S levels you’ll enter this mode. For 20 seconds a new ball will spawn each second.
